Items in stock
Items shown as "Available Now" will normally be dispatched the same day
if the order is received before 2:30pm Monday to Friday, excluding public
holidays.
Orders received after 2:30pm weekdays, or at weekends, or during public
holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
Out of Stock Items
Items shown as out of stock usually means that it could take upto 30 days for
your item to be delivered. We will keep you upto date on the progress of your
items
Contact us for availability
Some items might have a status contact us for availablity which means you are
best off giving us a call in the office Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30pm on
01277 369 620. If you state the item code number it will make it much easier for
us to give you information in a timely manor.
Dispatched orders will normally be received the next working day.
We use Royal Mail delivery services. Usually Special delivery, which means that
the item requires a signature from the customer in order for the goods to be
delivered. If you are out when they attempt delivery a card will be left for you
to collect your item from your nearest post office.
It is thIt iIt is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the delivery
address is secure and that only authorised persons will be availabe to sign for
the delivery.
We will not accept any
responsibility for deliveries once they are successfully delivered and signed
for.
Failure to receive goods
In the event that a customer fails to make appropriate arrangements with Royal
Mail or other carrier to receive or collect the goods and as a result they are
returned to us, we will refund the customers account with the value of the
goods, less our delivery expenses.
No payment will be taken from credit/debit cards until orders are dispatched.
