PEN REPAIRS / PEN SERVICING
We are able to provide an after sales repair service for Aquila Brands,
Delta, Fisher and Visconti products.
If you would like your pen assessed for repair, please note there is a £5
service charge payable by cheque or credit card. Please print off and complete
the Incoming Repair Form and return this with your pen to : GBA Pen Company,
Unit 7 Fyfield Business & Research Park, Chipping Ongar,
Essex CM5 0GN
Should you wish to pay the service charge by cheque, please send a cheque
for £5.00 made payable to GBA Pen Company, otherwise complete the credit card
section on the Incoming Repair Form. We recommend you send your pen by either
recorded or special delivery post so that it is suitably insured if lost on
route.
In the event that any chargeable work is necessary, a member of GBA will
contact you to seek authorisation/approval prior to any work being carried out.
Every endeavour will be made to return your pen as soon as possible but it is
sometimes necessary to return a pen to the manufacturers in Italy In this event,
we ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for its return.

from normal use and ageing.
